Caleb Pierce,

Art Of Strength Director

Caleb has worked at FitClub since may of 2006. Since then he has helped numerous clients achieve their fitness and health goals. Since April of 2010 Caleb has been in charge of the programming scheduling and overall well being of our Art Of Strength Department.

 

As a former 2 sport college athlete and current amateur Mixed Martial Artist he can personally see the benefits of this type of training. Not only for himself but for all clients no matter how big/small/old/young.

Caleb currently holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Illinois College and holds several different training certifications.



Quinton Mitchell,

Personal Trainer/Art of Strength Trainer

Quinton has been a trainer at FitClub since May of 2008. He has had many successes with his clients throughout that time frame. He has a very outgoing and charismatic personality that is well known by staff and members alike.

Quinton has been training with the Art of Strength program since its inception at FitClub in April of 2010. Quinton is a former collegiate athlete and has voiced that he wishes he did this type of training while competing. Quinton is great working with clients from all walks of life from the young to old. His personality is what makes his classes fun and energetic

Quinton holds a degree in Physical Education from Illinois College and holds several different training certifications.

 

Todd Hembrough

Asst. Fitness Director/Art of Strength Trainer

 Todd started work at FitClub in 2009 and since coming here has been a valuble addition to our training team.  Todd has been working with Art of Strength since April of 2010 when we brought the program to FitClub

Todd is an amatuer bobybuilder and takes a very scientific approach to his own training.  That approach he brings along to all of his clients.  Not only has Art of Strength program helped him with his goals but it has helped with his clients progress as well.

Todd holds a degree in Kinesiology from SIUE and holds many different training certifications

 

 

Allison Rhodes

                                                                       Personal Trainer FitClub South

                                                                      Allison has been a part of FitClub since    2007 and has been a great addition to the fitness staff here at the clubs.  She has been involved with AOS since November of 2010.

Allison is a former athlete and has always been a fitness buff.  She instills her own passion for wellness into her clients and AOS classes.

Allison holds several different training certifications along with a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois
